People can be dumb. That’s a well known and socially accepted fact. For the vast majority of people they’re cognisant and adaptive social creatures most of the time. Yet there is something special about when people consume; when they become the customer. There is a special social schema, reserved for the retail situation, bred over the years by the consumer culture that only operates when people consume. It is for this that this site operates. To vent the frustration and share the humour that comes when the retail workforce has to endure the suffering of the dumb customer.
