The most common questions I get from customers about computers.
“I think it’s got a virus! It won’t turn on.”
“What’s the difference between a modem and a computer?”
“How do I turn the computer off?”
When I answer the phone, I say ‘Geeksquad, how may I help you?’ and this is the most said response.
“Is this the geeksquad?”
It’s been around for a while, but this is still a fantastic example of an incredibly arrogant and dumb customer.
